Lorena Valle

Lorena Valle serves as the campus pastor for our Gateway Southlake Campus. She joined the staff at Gateway in 2007 working with ministry partners worldwide as part of our global ministries team. After serving this community for eight years, she transitioned to her role as the associate campus pastor at the NRH Campus. In 2020 she joined the executive central pastoral team overseeing Gateway Connect Ministries (Growth Path, Groups, Equip, and Care). She served there for three years before stepping into her current role in 2023.

Lorena, a native Guatemalan, is passionate about sharing the message of Christ and helping people move forward in their callings. She studied international business, which fueled her passion to see different cultures come together in unity.

Lorena first met the Lord when she attended a young adult group led by a young man named Luis (whom she would later marry!). There, she accepted Christ as her Savior. She sensed the calling on her life to personal ministry during her years in global ministries, which led to her following the call into pastoral ministry.

Lorena and her husband have been married since 1997. They have one son, Christopher.
