Steve Dulin
Steve graduated from Rice University in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in business. In 1990, he started Milestone Construction, Inc., an interior finish-out company, where he served as owner and president for 20 years. In 2010, he sold the company to devote his time to ministering to business leaders in the church, both nationally and internationally, through consulting, mentoring, speaking, and seminars with MasterPlan Business Ministries. Steve founded MasterPlan Business Ministries in 1996 to help Christian business leaders run their businesses based on biblical principles and fulfill their God-given purposes in every area of life. He has consulted hundreds of business people on best practices, being a Christian in the marketplace, maintaining a work/life balance, and many other topics. He is also a founding elder at Gateway Church. In April 2013, he joined the Gateway Church staff to launch Gateway’s business ministry and equip leaders to be successful in the marketplace and advance the kingdom of God. Steve and his wife, Melody, have been happily married for over 35 years and are blessed with two daughters: Kassie and Kristin. Kristin is married to Gabe Pelphrey and they have two children: Ella and Jack.
